5. Shipping and Delivery

We fulfill and dispatch orders from France in partnership with priority carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Order processing and fulfillment require 1 to 2 business days. Estimated standard delivery takes place within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch. Automated tracking notifications are sent to the customer email address provided at checkout across key fulfillment milestones, including shipment dispatch, arrival at carrier hubs, and local out-for-delivery stages. If an order exceeds standard transit timeframes, we initiate an investigation with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full reshipment or refund depending on the investigation outcome. In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the consumer or a designated third party physically takes possession of the goods.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers residing within the European Union benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without needing to provide any justification, starting from the day the physical goods are received. If goods arrive defective or damaged, customers may contact our support team via email providing photographic evidence of the issue. Upon validation of the evidence, we provide a refund or replacement without requiring the physical return of the damaged item. Returned items under the standard 14-day withdrawal right must be sent back in accordance with our return instructions within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.
